Let’s create peace – but how? There is barely any question so urgent yet so controversial. When does the way out of a war even begin? And how can it be successful: with or without weapons, through negotiation or when one of the sides wins? At which point do you know whether peace is going to hold or if it’s simply a tactical pause?
