About Therese Hämer
Therese Hämer made her debut at the Munich Kammerspiele and was named best newcomer of the year by magazine “theater heute”. She has performed at venues such as Schillertheater in Berlin, Schauspielhaus Bochum, Schauspiel Bonn and Residenztheater in Munich. She has been appearing on screen for many years and is known from the programs “Tatort”, “Polizeiruf 110”, “Stromberg” and “Schnitzel geht immer” as well as TV movies such as “Der Club der singenden Metzger” and “Ramstein-das durchstoßene Herz”. She plays the starring role in the new ZDF two-part series “Unterm Apfelbaum”. She also co-stars with Anna Maria Mühe in the feature film “Coming Home”. She loves working as a voice-over artist for radio plays and audiobooks and she puts on her own readings, including “Glücksmomente - auf den Spuren des Glücks in der Literatur” and “Charlotte Salomon - es ist mein ganzes Leben”.
