About Susanne Fritz
Susanne Fritz, born in 1969, studied German literature, philosophy and sociology at the University of Cologne, where she received her graduate degree. Among other things, her studies focused on Plato’s ideology, Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas, Descartes and Kant, with structuralism and poststructuralism. While still a student, she started working as a journalist, initially for a private radio station. She soon moved to public broadcaster Deutschlandfunk, where she hosted the program “Tag für Tag” in the religion and society department and hosted radio features, interviews and longer discussions, often on philosophical topics. For broadcaster WDR, she is a radio writer and host for the program “Lokalzeit aus Köln”.
