About Rolf Mützenich
Dr. Rolf Mützenich, born in 1959 in Cologne, is a German politician (Social Democratic Party – SPD). He has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2002 and was chair of the SPD’s parliamentary faction from September 2019 until February 2025. In Cologne, he mainly devotes himself to science and to youth and social organizations.
