About Benni Bauerdick
Benni Bauerdick has been working in radio since 2010, and today he presents 1LIVE’s highest rated program – the Morning Show – from 5–10 a.m. In addition, he has been part of Bettina Böttinger’s team at the WDR talkshow “Kölner Treff” since 2018, and works as a reporter for WDR-5 and Deutschlandfunk Nova, where he advocates in particular for inclusion, diversity and queerness. These are topics he also covers in his own podcast, “Fenster oder Gang?”, which is about fear, depression, therapy and death. Bauerdick is currently training to become a family grief counsellor.
