Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets will go on sale starting at 12 pm on Wednesday, 11/05/2022, at our website and myticket.de or by telephone at +49.40-2372 400 30.
Tickets for the phil.cologne will not be sold through ticket outlets.

Admission prices: All prices quoted are exclusive of the usual advance ticketing fees. The prices at the box office are final prices.

Discounts: We offer a contingent of discounted tickets for the following groups of people: Pupils, students (up to 28 years of age), vocational trainees, persons performing a Voluntary Year of Social Service, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability of 70) as well as recipients of benefits according to German Social Code Book II (SGB II). Proof of eligibility for the discount must be shown at the door without being asked.


Last-minute tickets

From 6 p.m. the day before, we offer last-minute tickets to schoolchildren, students, vocational trainees and persons performing a Voluntary Year of Social Service at a price of € 10. This applies to all events subject to availability. Tickets are available in advance online and at the box office. The corresponding proof of eligibility must be presented at the event.


How long does an event last?

Events in the adult programme generally last for 90 minutes, children’s events are 60 minutes long.


Is there a break?

No, there is no break during the events.


Is the ticket also valid for public transport?

No, your event ticket is not valid as a ticket for public transport.


Will the featured guest or guests autograph my book?

The featured guests autograph books at the end of virtually all events. This is announced for each guest at the respective event.


Can I take food and beverages into the hall?

Please observe the rules at each venue, as these differ for each location.


In what language is the event held?

If not otherwise stated in the programme or on the website, the events are held in German.


Recordings

Some events will be broadcast on television or streamed live on the internet by the phil.cologne for publicity purposes. By participating in our events, you consent to the publication of visual material.


Venues

For security reasons, coats and bags larger than DIN A4 must be checked at the cloakrooms. A nominal charge applies for all cloakrooms except the one in the WDR Funkhaus building.


My event has been cancelled – what do I do?

Ticketbuyers will be contactes via mail. Please find the form for refunds here and send it to mailto:help@myticket.de. The phil.cologne itself cannot refund ticket purchases; refunds must be obtained through the sales channel.


What accessible offerings are available?

When planning our festival, we pay special attention to eliminating barriers. Many of our venues are wheelchair-accessible and equipped with an audio induction loop. These are always indicated in our programme using pictographs. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@philcologne.de.


Corona measures

We will determine the hygiene and infection protection measures for our events depending on the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the requirements of the Corona Protection Ordinance for NRW that apply at the time of the festival.
